GENERAL REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
- Only 1 registration per UTR / Demand Draft would be accepted, if there are multiple registrations in 1 transfer, it would be considered as Trade Registration and fees would apply accordingly
- Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit
- The Registration DD should reach the APICON 2026 Secretariat office within the 10 days of the DD issuing date via speed post or registered post.
- DD will be issued from the same city bank branch, where the delegate belongs.
Cancellation/Refund Policy for APICON 2026
- At present, rates are inclusive of 18% GST
- GST is subject to change as and when applicable
- For any card payment an additional fee of 3.5 % will be charged
- Refund against cancelation includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges.
- 50% refund, if cancelled before 30th June 2025
- 25% refund, if cancelled before 30th October 2025
- No refund, if cancelled after 1st November 2025
- Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference, refund of payment will not be processed online.
Important Guidelines:
- Conference Registration is Mandatory for all delegates including children above the age of 5 years
- Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area
- Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar Coded) in the conference area
- Preferred mode of payment: Card, Net-Banking and Demand Draft- We are not accepting cheques for registration , hence do not opt this payment mode as cheque will not be entertained.
- Registration is non transferable
- Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration
- PG Students to submit letter from HOD - Head of Department / Institute
- Please mention your registration number in all transactions
- Registration confirmation letter along with Registration ID would be sent to you within 30 days after receipt of your payment
- All Remittance / Bank Charges / online transaction fees to be paid by the delegate
- Children less than 5 years of age must be registered (Free to Charge) for logistic / Security reasons
- For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash / card
- For spot registrations, Delegate kit will be provided subject to availability
- Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate. Only in exceptional cases, the kit would be handed over to any representative authorized by the Registered Delegate with copy of signed Authorized Registration receipt
- Entry to the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the Event
- Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference
- Organizer will not be responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings
- Post conference no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate / associate delegate / PG student
- Payment against cancelation will be refunded after 1 month of the conference, refund of payment will not be processed online
- Online registration will be closed on 15th January 2026 Conference registration is mandatory for all Further registration will start at the conference venue as “Spot Registration” category only from 22nd Jan 2026.
- Trade fee slab will be applicable for all the registration categories (i.e.- API, Non API, PG, Accompanying Delegate) if registration is being done by Pharma Company.
- Trade category registration is non refundable & non transferable.
